Swimming Pool & Spa Area
Your expectations will be exceeded when you step out of the building onto the pool deck, which leads directly to the beach. There are dining tables and chairs around the pool for you to enjoy lunch with family and friends. You'll find sun loungers around the pool to dry off after you take a dip in the 80-foot vanishing edge pool. On either side of the pool there are two 10-foot whirlpool spas that connect directly to the pool itself.
Fitness Centre
What is a condo unit without a fabulous fitness center? The entire facility is fully air conditioned so you can workout as hard as you like before relaxing by the pool or on the beach. All the equipment is supplied by Precor, which makes high quality fitness machines. There is also a free weight area complete with flat screen TVs to keep you occupied while you sweat. Also, a bathroom is attached should you want to shower and head straight to the beach after your workout.
Beach & Barbeque Area
You'll be sunbathing and relaxing on 120 adjustable chaise lounges while resting your drinks and snacks on 40 small beach tables. There are two thatched roof beach cabana huts that are 8-feet by 12-feet. You'll be able to stretch out and relax on the beach while taking a break from the sun. When it comes time to make lunch or dinner, you'll find four gas barbeques and numerous seating areas on the north and south edges of the complex.
Additional Building Amenities
Each unit will come with a parking stall that is located underground with security access. The elevator will take you directly from the garage to your floor. There are two elevators in this building with dual door access located on each side of the building.
